HF Semiconductor Fund was established on June 2, 2022, and is registered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. It is a case fund investing in the “R&D and Advanced Manufacturing of 300,000 additional 300 – mm High – end Silicon Wafers for Integrated Circuits” project by Shanghai Silicon Industry Corporation. This is the first case fund participated in by the National Social Security Fund. It provides financial support for the independent and controllable development of key semiconductor materials, and promotes the security and sustainable and stable development of China’s semiconductor industry.
