Approved by the Chinese government, Haitong-Fortis Private Equity Fund Management Co. Ltd. (The Company), the manager of the China-Belgium Direct Equity Investment Fund (The Fund), is the first domestic private equity fund management company in China.

Headquartered in Shanghai with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, the Company is a joint venture between Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. of China and Fortis Fund Management Co. of Belgium. Our business scope covers private equity investment fund management, investment consulting, and establishment of investment funds. We dedicated to provide professional investment management for the Fund with the networks, resources and experiences of both of the shareholders.
